Yes we do!  We require a 400.00 non refundable pet deposit upon move in, and an extra 25.00 per month in rent.

Rent is due every month on the 1st.  We do have a 5 day grace period, after that there is a 50.00 late fee per day.

We work closely with Dauphin County housing and try our best to accommodate section 8 housing!  So basically, just ask!

We have a screening process that includes a credit check, background check as well as prior evictions.  The lowest credit we accept is 550, if you have credit 650 or above no last months rent due at move in!
